Defect: SDK is a uniquely twisted take on the space combat genre. It empowers players to construct the ultimate spaceship—only to have their crew defect and steal it, forcing them to battle their own creations in increasingly complex confrontations. Built with an easy-to-use modular ship-building system, the game lets players design everything from nimble fighters to sprawling space stations the size of moons.


Set across an expansive sci-fi universe, Defect offers hundreds of ship parts across three distinct visual themes, each drawing inspiration from iconic spacefaring pop culture. Each mission is a test not only of your design skills but of your ability to defeat what you once built.


As a core team member on this indie title, I contributed across multiple disciplines, including 3D modelling of the astronaut character, rigging and animation, Level design for mission layouts, Unity development, and integrating visuals, AI mechanics, and UI systems
