Skinned Mesh Separator is a lightweight Unity Editor utility designed to give you precise control over complex skinned meshes. It allows you to quickly split a single Skinned Mesh Renderer into multiple, cleanly separated skinned meshes—while preserving bones, weights, and animations.

Ideal for character customisation systems, optimisation workflows, and modular character setups, this tool removes the need for time-consuming DCC rework and lets you stay entirely inside Unity.
